O’Sol is a real estate agency with a solid establishment on the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Costa Almeria.
Its founders, Charlotte and Nicolas Roggemans, two Belgians expatriated in Spain, have worked in the Spanish real estate sector for 8 years.
In 2018, they founded O’Sol, an agency offering owners in Spain a rental and keyholding service.
In 2021, they take advantage of their knowledge of Spanish real estate sector to create O’Sales, an agency allowing owners to quickly sell their property in Spain.
